Getting involved
PaF relies on volunteers' help and support and encourages all parents to come along to meetings, help organize and support events, put forward new ideas, offer support, expertise, etc.
How involved you get is entirely up to you – there's no pressure. You could, for example, volunteer for half an hour on a stall at the Summer BBQ or Christmas Fair. Or, if you and some friends would like to run your own stall or sideshow, PaF will help and support you as much as you need. All offers of help are gratefully received and even 30 minutes of your time will help to make our fundraising events a success.
If you'd like to get involved, please come along to one of our meetings, which are publicized via letters sent home from school. To help at a forthcoming event, simply add your name to the volunteers' rotas that we put up on the PaF notice board opposite the school office in the weeks leading up to the event. You can always find the latest information on this website or contact us at any time.
